We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules need to change. To accommodate our clients and ensure the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment time.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit will not be returned. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened in order to avoid delays for the following appointments and will be charged at full value. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a no show and your deposit will not be returned. Anyone who simply does not show up for their scheduled appointment will be considered a no show.
